Refunds & cancellations

This policy covers professional engagements with Dev Query Core — including credit application file audits, override sampling, inspection readiness walkthroughs, and branch coach sessions. It does not cover physical retail goods or software subscriptions, which we do not sell.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether reserved reviewer time or travel was already committed. Indicative fees on the website are not charges until you accept a scoping note or invoice.

Scheduling deposit

For engagements that require a scheduling deposit (typically 40% when the fee exceeds THB 40,000), the deposit secures reviewer dates. If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed start date, we refund the deposit minus a THB 5,000 administration fee. Cancellations inside ten business days forfeit the deposit, because calendar slots usually cannot be refilled.

Full refund

A full refund of amounts paid applies if we cancel the engagement for reasons within our control and no suitable alternative dates are offered, or if we fail to commence work within a materially delayed window solely due to our staffing.

Partial refund

If work has started — sample locked, files accessed, or workshop materials prepared — we invoice for time and expenses already incurred at the rates in the scoping note. Any unused prepaid balance is refunded. Findings already delivered remain subject to the engagement’s confidentiality terms.

Non-refundable items

• Coach session fees cancelled within five business days of the session (facilitator and room preparation already committed)
• Third-party costs expressly approved by you (for example, courier of sealed packs or booked intercity travel) once purchased
• Completed close-out sessions and delivered final memos

Work already started

Opening borrower files under your access rules counts as commencement. From that point, refunds are partial as described above. We do not “un-read” files; confidentiality obligations continue regardless of payment outcome.

No-shows

If client liaisons or participants fail to attend an agreed on-site day or coach session without at least one business day’s notice, that day may be charged in full. Rescheduling is attempted in good faith subject to reviewer availability.

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule without penalty if notice is given at least five business days before the start date and the new date falls within thirty days. Further moves may incur a THB 3,500 coordination fee.

Refund process and timing

Email info@devquery-core.digital with your invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval, unless a different method is required by your accounts payable process.

Exceptions

If a scoping note states different commercial terms for a specific engagement, that note prevails for that engagement only.
