Half-day coaching for branch or field officers on cleaner credit scoring application packs, using anonymised local examples.

Session shape

Facilitators walk officers through real (anonymised) application weaknesses drawn from your portfolio or our teaching set: photo ID clarity, employment call notes, guarantor forms, and when an override note is acceptable. Participants leave with a one-page branch checklist.
