What is included
- Kickoff interview with operations, customer service, and one carrier or CFS contact
- Shadowing of two to four physical handoffs (gate, putaway, linehaul departure, or returns)
- Draft and final flow maps for the agreed lanes
- Exception threshold workshop (dwell, dwell-to-ETA delta, temperature breach for cold chain if relevant)
- One staffed monitoring board design sized for your desk wall or shared screen
- Closing briefing with recommended data gaps to raise with carriers
What is excluded
Carrier contract negotiation, ERP reconfiguration, custom software builds, and 24/7 monitoring staffing. Those sit outside this assessment.
Provider and process
A DevQuery Core analyst leads the work from our Bangkok office, with a second reviewer on the final maps. Typical sequence: scoping call → site days → draft review → final pack delivery.
Preparation
Share anonymized sample EDI or spreadsheet extracts for the last 30 days on the chosen lanes, plus shift rosters for the desks that will own the board. If extracts cannot leave the site, we work from read-only terminals during visits.
